1.Coordinated out-of-area marketing to job seekers and relocating individuals located in the United States.Managed database of all contact information to search by various fields. 2.YP Nashville website content manager – Managed online event postings through the content management system, Sitefinity, for more than 40 young professional organizations.Posted more than 70 community events for our partner organizations.3.Assisted with the following events and initiatives as outlined below:Nashville Emerging Leader Awards – the NELAs recognize Nashville’s young professionals for significant accomplishments in their chosen career fields, as well as their commitment and contribution to the community. -Shadowed project manager and event manager in planning and preparation for the event.-Created and edited two PowerPoints with pictures, logos and individual quotes.-Wrote and scheduled tweets to recognize all 75 of the NELAs finalists through the official YP Nashville Twitter account via Hootsuite.-Compiled VIP bags for more than 300 guests.-Assisted in set-up, event registration, event management and teardown. -Documented and filed newspaper ads and articles for the 2014 NELAs in the YP Nashville media binder. -Wrote and developed biographies the 2014 NELAs finalists to be used in the ceremony program.-Drafted and edited two 45-page scripts (run-of-show and stage copy) for use at the 2014 Nashville Emerging Leader Awards.-Viewed and edited 16 videos from Filmhouse to be used at the ceremony. -Assisted with the event run-through the day before the ceremony.Young Professional Networking Event – The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and YP Nashville inviteed young professionals to mix, mingle and network at a Young Professionals Networking Event at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art. Also, at this event we honored finalists from the 15 industry categories of the Eighth Annual Nashville Emerging Leader Awards (NELAs).
