I managed technical copywriting and e-commerce product publishing at Totokaelo, which required a deep knowledge of the current season's product. With my understanding of workflow and the website's systems, I was also able to solve issues with site assets which occurred during new product and editorial launches.As Merchant Team Assistant, I assisted with general administrative tasks, which included market scheduling and ticket orders. I also needed to understand Buying Office purchase orders, vendor SKUs and nomenclature, and the invoicing system to process international Fedex customs issues as they occurred.I also took on weekly production design projects as needed to support the Merchant Team -- including, but not limited to, marketing assets, social media assets, MailChimp email quality control, and Google web banners. I also created all designed web assets as needed for the FW14 Sale campaign at Totokaelo.

I headed the redesign of the product portfolio book for Bilinear and assisted with the redesign of the website. I have created both print and digital collateral for promotional events. I also assisted with art handling, art packing, and receiving/processing of artwork.
