As a People Onboarding & Program Associate, I’m responsible to make sure the new joiners are prepared and productive for their first #daysinDANA experience.Hence, my responsibilities are but not limited to:- Coordinate and execute end-to-end operational onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing supporting documents and starter kits, conducting induction presentations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. - Monitor new joiners and users during the probation period, and act as the HRBP for new joiners/probation employees, by providing support and guidance as needed. - Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including the People Acquisition Team, IT Team, Direct Supervisor, Team Managers, People Services Team, and General Affairs Team, to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires. - Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies, including weekly and monthly learning, engagement, and branding programs to enhance the new hire experience and promote company culture. - Design and implement well-being programs for all employees, such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Art Classes, Mental Health Trainings, etc to support their mental and emotional health needs. - Manage all onboarding and probation administration processes and databases for new joiners' first 90 days, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Collect and analyze onboarding and probation evaluations from all stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the onboarding experience. - Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for employees who are promoted or moved to another role within the organization, ensuring a smooth transition and support throughout the process. - Coordinating and executing the design and implementation of company-wide culture programs, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and retention.

Rahasia Gadis (under United Creative) is an online community for young girls in Indonesia. Rahasia Gadis drives to help girls across Indonesia to know their worth, know their rights, and know their power. The Community and Tech Division is responsible to help with managing and engaging with Agen Rahasia (Rahasia Gadis' community members) on a daily basis. Hence, my responsibilities are but not limited to:• Replied to 30-40 confessions daily from Rahasia Gadis’ Confession Room as a Chat-based Counselor• Organized community activation and engagement events (i.e. webinars, trainings, FGDs, etc) from initiation to execution for Agen Rahasia (Rahasia Gadis’ micro-community members)• Developed 3 training modules and 1 e-book (Mental Health and Leadership Programs) for Rahasia Gadis Goes to School and Rahasia Gadis Leadership Bootcamp• Conducted 3 training activities and 1 webinar (as a speaker and facilitator) for Rahasia Gadis Mental Health and Leadership Programs• Coordinated content pillars, design guidelines, content planning, and social media strategies for the launching of @agenrahasiaproject (Rahasia Gadis’ community Instagram)• Developed 72 designs and content writing for @agenrahasiaproject
