• Analyze, recommend and maintain optimal store inventory levels for areas of responsibility•Participate in assortment planning process and make recommendations to support allocation strategies•Provide analysis and research to support the creation of the assortment and buy plans •Provide pertinent feedback / direction to Planning Manager and Buying Team to support the development of store volume clusters and the implementation of new merchandise concepts•Analyze store-level inventory productivity and make adjustments to business trends. •Prepare supporting documents for the seasonal kick off documents, boards & product strategies•Organize all assortment selection materials for quarterly line selection•Complete general merchandising analysis for weekly business review (silhouette, color and size selling) to help inform future product recommendations•Manage the floor set process (set up/breakdown) with the Visual Merchandising team•Ensure all information and samples are set up and organized for easy access by all team members- maintain a seamless record of check-in/checkouts•Maintain and update various assortment sheets and product tracking files•Visit stores and shop competitors to understand promotional strategies and customer base
