Our partnership with Multicultural Australia sees up to 12 trainees come through our barista and hospitality training program annually. Our cafe and private functions and events provide opportunities for recently resettled asylum seekers and refugees to get real world, on the job training. I am responsible for all of the marketing and communications and primarily event coordination of weddings, corporate and private events.
