New World Orewa is a large format premium supermarket located in the beautiful North Auckland. We currently employ 130 team members and are one of the fastest growing New Worlds in the North Island. Our store has been ranked among the top New Worlds for customer service and was a finalist for Store of the Year 2021.My role is extremely varied - being part of the senior management in a family owned business means I work wherever the need is on any given day. My usual role includes:- All HR functions including start to end recruitment, administration, EA, staff culture and much more- Office administration through SAP, GST, PAYE, Payroll, accounts receivable and payable.- Social Media marketing - working with corporate to boost our local profile - Community Engagement - ensuring we are working with the community in a positive way, community events, sponsorship - As part of the Senior Leadership team, I also am responsible for the vision and direction of our store

With around 50 staff, Fresh Collective is a small-format supermarket under Foodstuffs' New World banner. We offer customers a unique experience as they shop for all their essentials, and the extras too. My family brought this business in November 2015 - Alberton Four Square at the time. Since then we have collaborated with Foodstuffs in transforming the store into what it is today - Fresh Collective. Through this process, I've had experience and exposure with renovations, relays, strategy, recruiting over 30 new staff members, and much more. In short, I am an office generalist. My role encompasses the following:- HR/Recruiting/Payroll- Finance/Accounts- Social Media- Personal Assistant- Administration/Roster Creation- Workplace CoordinatorI have varying levels of experience with SAP Office, Storeline, Xero, Pay Global, and Smart Payroll.
