I Pride myself in being Positive and Upbeat! I enjoy challenges, problem solving, and making lists! I believe in working ahead & being Proactive vs. Reactive. However, I do my best work when the pressure is on. I am a very confrontational & informational manager. I address problems immediately and take time to TRAIN. I know that if I take the few minutes - I don't have right now - to invest in the knowledge of someone else, I will potentionally save myself hours later. I know that as a manager - you are only as strong as your weakest employee. I've always chosen to be respected by my clients / employees rather than be "liked". With that approach, I find that I am the manager that clients / employees come to talk to and ultimately have retained some life long friendships along the way. I show appreciation & recognize individual's strengths. I am thankful for all the moments / experiences that have presented themselves to me thus far in life and am constantly looking for future opportunities!My True Love is Performing & Singing. I write lyrics/music & have played 12 years of piano classically. I have trained vocally in various singing styles: opera and belt and would hand in my manager keys for a job in entertainment if the opportunity came along!
