Specialising in brand and artist relations. Jess has worked with key brands and talent in the music and media industry over a 15 year+ span leading into the setup of her creative agency Monroe MGMT which project and event manages rollouts and activations for some of the UK’s biggest brands and talent. She has built unparalleled relationships within the music and entertainment industry across the UK and Europe.Beginning with a Sponsorship and Promotions role at Global Radio working across the Capital, Capital Xtra and Heart brands before moving over to Bauer Media covering Free Radio and Kiss FM in direct account managing. She then progressed into outdoor media working at Clear Channel Outdoor covering the UK & Europe markets. Alongside this, Jess started managing music artists using her creativity, connections and business expertise to develop upcoming artists in Birmingham. She joined Rattrap Reality Limited (under Warner ADA) in July 2020 as General Manager, overseeing the label as a whole and working across all artist releases whilst continuing to manage several artists personally including OFB Bandokay, Morrisson, M1onheBeat and more. In 2022 Jess took on the Head Of Music Partnerships role at Soga World, a leading creative agency in the Web 3 space which aims to bridge the gap between music, sport & the blockchain with truly impactful, cultural moments covering all aspects of web3. Whilst in this role Jess oversaw a partnership between Manchester pop rapper AITCH & NFT Marketplace Limewire to release Aitch's debut NFT collection and the World's First Official chart entry for NFTs. She also brokered and oversaw a partnership between Global Titans, Floyd Mayweather and Metaversebooks to be the world's first pro boxing fight in the metaverse between Mayweather and Deji. Jess was promoted to Head Of Partnershios within 6 months of joining Soga World. In 2023 Jess setup Monroe MGMT, a creative agency utilising her wealth of experience to project manage releases & launches for some of the UK’s biggest talent and brands including Wingstop, Nines, Nemzzz, Bugzy Malone, Warner, Universal Music, AU Vodka, Boohoo and more.
