In her more than 30 years of professional career, she has led organizational change initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, quality assurance programs and critical negotiations with stakeholders. Jessica is a publicist and has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Costa Rica/Fundepos, a graduate degree from INCAE Business School, a senior strategic leadership degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master in Customer Experience Strategic Management from the University of Barcelona. She is an active social contributor and she participates in NGOs´ board of directors and advisory committees in Costa Rica.
