BAC has more than 5 million clients and more than 20,000 employees in the Central American region.As a Senior Corporate Vice President of Experience & Sustainability Jessica leads all the bank´s channels (bank branches, contact centers and digital channels). In addition, she oversees the employees and clients experience improvement initiatives as well as compensation and talent development. Before occupying her position as Senior Corporate Vice President of Experience & Sustainability, she occupied multiple senior positions in BAC including Chief Experience Officer and Chief Processes and Services Officer in which she led the areas of integral risk management, business continuity and continuous processes improvement and agility, among others. Before becoming a Chief reporting directly to the CEO, she occupied other key positions including Regional Quality Manager and Operational Excellence Manager. In her more than 30 years of professional career, she has led organizational change initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, quality assurance programs and critical negotiations with stakeholders. Jessica is a publicist and has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Costa Rica/Fundepos, a graduate degree from INCAE Business School, a senior strategic leadership degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master in Customer Experience Strategic Management from the University of Barcelona. She is an active social contributor and she participates in NGOs´ board of directors and advisory committees in Costa Rica.
