I help organizations understand and apply strategic foresight and social innovation methods so they can make informed decisions about their future. I am a strategist, social innovator, futurist and process designer with 15+ years of experience in the public and nonprofit sector, designing and delivering a range of social innovation programs and engagement experiences (virtual and in-person). I have worked across a variety of diverse subject areas, exploring the futures of cities, housing, work, healthcare, leadership, food systems, public policy, arts and culture. Before co-founding Creative Futures Studio, I worked in various leadership roles responsible for strategic planning, annual program planning, and the development of new programs. I started my career as a fundraiser, focused on revenue model diversification and strategic partnership development. This work led me to the world of futures studies, inspiring me to take new approaches to planning, and decision-making based on the future, not just the past.
