- Leading Global Supplier Engineering team on supplier quality performance and development. Managing Electronic and Mechanical suppliers quality to ensure supplier quality performance meet KPI.- Responsible to perform supplier compliance audit, product and manufacturing process audit.- Support external audit that related to supplier like customer audit (Boeing JTA & PRA, Airbus IPCA, QSR & QEPP, Embraer supplier manufacturing process audit) and regulatory audit (Federal Aviation Administration FAA and European Aviation Safety Agency EASA).- Driving supplier quality improvement with problem solving methodology like 8D RCCA, FMEA, Error-Proofing, Quality Improvement Projects and Zero Defect Plan.- Work with Multi functional team in supplier NPI and Transition Projects. Performed First Article Inspection accordance to aerospace standards AS9102 and APQP.

- Quality Management System (QMS) audit. - Manage customer audit. - Internal auditor for ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001. - Lead auditor for ISO 9001. - Manage Underwriter Laboratory (UL) product safety audit. - Team leader for copy smart and process line audit. - Team leader for FMEA. - Perform Quality System training. - Provide solutions for continual improvement in audit process. - CAR administrator to ensure all closure on time and effective. - Plan the audit program and lead the audits. - Compile management review report. - Review supplier CoA/ CoC and work closely with supplier quality engineering. - Continual Improvement on Document control, QMS audit system and SAP system.
