Created, documented, and implemented Groov’s tone of voice. Managed an extensive editorial library of over 1,000 articles and maintained the CMS. Supported the marketing team with web copy, blog posts, and PR materials, and the Customer Success team with eDMs, posters, and slide decks.

• Edited and optimised content for online publication across World Finance, Business Destinations, The New Economy and European CEO. • Performed keyword research, developed SEO campaigns and made editorial recommendations based on current web trends and SEO best practice. • Promoted content on social media.
