I'm a sarcastic optimist with roots pulled from small town Ohio. My language drips with honeys and darlings, and my buckeyes are chocolate-covered candies, not a football team. Based in Chicago, I lead my team with energy and positivity. Seldomly cynical, I’m prone to proactive solutions and am always ready for a new adventure. I believe good design changes people. It has the power to change how a person experiences a place, a brand, a world, a story. It’s transformative. I’ve spent my career learning the distinct alchemy that turns a simple design into a powerful tool. I work collaboratively with clients and cross discipline teams to explore storytelling and human interaction that informs award winning visual design systems and campaigns.My leadership style advocates for collaboration across all teams with a passion for mentoring and inspiring others to elevate their work. My focus on communication, competitive analysis and testing skills help me create work that is beautiful, user-friendly and solution oriented.
