I moderate book clubs for groups in Los Angeles, especially in the Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles areas. I preview and suggest titles, research the books and authors, then lead monthly meetings where I contextualize the books and facilitate conversation among the members. Most importantly, I make the discussions informative and fun for my club members! Led graduate level poetry workshops using various tools to take advantage of the online format, including Blackboard, ooVoo, Youtube video lectures and Google Hangouts. Workshops were geared toward honing students’ poetic craft while immersing them in the world of contemporary poetry through the reading of literary journals, books and individual poems.

I serve as Contributing Editor, selecting and introducing poetry in the online magazine.
