As the first dedicated Creative hire for this award-winning agency, I was brought on to work closely with the Creative Director and Strategy Director to deliver fresh, strategic ideas that not only get a brand news coverage, but solve problems, change perceptions and shape culture.My responsibilities include research, ideation, deck writing, leading creative brainstorms to identify deep audience insights from within the team and hosting creative strategy masterclasses that inspire more strategic creative thinking across the agency. I also present all of my ideas directly to clients on new biz pitches with my signature storytelling flair.Despite my job role being 'Creative', I find myself blurring the lines between Creative and Strategist every day. Throughout the creative process I find myself offering teams clarity & focus - always striving for the work to be better - ensuring all our thinking is smart and strategic, not just big and brazen. My ideas won tonnes of new business in my first eight months including Sudocrem, The Works, Pets Choice, Tate & Lyle, Manchester Airport, Sexy Fish and Just Childcare to name a few.
