•Oversee the Firm’s talent acquisition and recruiting process. •Manage and actively execute programs and activities to support on-campus recruiting strategies.•Build a pipeline of candidates by maintaining contact and following up with prior candidates, potential candidates, and prior employees. •Recruit full-time, part-time, remote, temporary, and intern personnel by executing marketing strategies to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle. •Manage the recruiting process and ensure an efficient hiring process.•Post for available positions, review candidates for minimum qualifications, perform telephone interviews, administer testing assessments and interviews, and assist with the final decision process. •Perform all screening, testing, background checks, and pre-employment requirements of applicants to meet the Firm’s best practices and to identify a suitable pool of candidates to be interviewed. •Oversee the Firm’s New Hire Orientation program by organizing and/or conducting orientation sessions and coordinating on-the-job training and mentor program to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
