Developed and executed several assessment activities to evaluate space use, user experience research of the library website, locally developed historical research websites and other library technology. Two important projects I completed were a year-long study of the LLM experience using multiple user research methods and an assessment of our faculty services offerings which included a service inventory, interviews, and journey mapping.

Led the support of academic technology use for faculty and support staff at HLS. Created documentation and best practices, offered one on one and group tutorials, collaborated with faculty on new uses of technology to support pedagogical objectives, created online learning objects, organized and conducted user research and usability testing of the learning management system to ensure we were offering a usable platform.
