Passionate about supporting young people, I provide tailored mental health and wellbeing support to students at Cotham School’s Post-16 Centre. Through 1:1 interventions and workshops, I use a therapeutic approach to help students build resilience, grow in confidence, and prepare for life beyond sixth form.Previously, as a Skills Coach, I supported care leavers transitioning to adulthood, using trauma-informed methods to develop emotional resilience and independent living skills. I also bring experience as an Engagement Worker and Service Team Lead at Learning Partnership West CIC, where I supported young people from diverse backgrounds and assisted in managing and overseeing project delivery.I am committed to building confidence, resilience, and independence in every young person I work with.
