Give presentations to classes, student organizations, and community groups on all job search related topics (speaking to groups sizes from 5 – 200). Plan and conduct workshops and events for target populations about the job search process, employer expectations, and maximizing marketability.Administer 5 year assessment plan complete with objectives, results, actions, and outcomes.Draft content for and co-edit the customized LSU Job Search Handbook (published yearly since Fall 2009).Coordinate the development of job search literature (both hard-copy and electronic).Act as the primary contact for recruiters, students, faculty, and staff for various events.Provided leadership in the implementation of new technology based services in an effort to better connect with Millennial students.Serve as the liaison to the College of Human Sciences and Education.
