I have several different roles within the company:Customer Service: As company secretary I sit front of house, so I greet customers and suppliers throughout the day, as well as taking customer order by telephone and email. Purchasing: I buy in agricultural parts and machinery, and bring in the shipments from several different countries. Accounting: It is my responsibility to monitor our profit and loss when invoicing customers. I also chase outstanding debt, reconcile the bank accounts, manage overseas payments and run our in house purchase order system. Payroll/HR: I payroll both timesheet and salaried staff. Health and Safety: I monitor all aspects of health and safety, including but not limited to; accident and near miss reporting, general housekeeping, first aid supplies, fire alarm tests, risk assessments, electrical tests and stock of PPE.

I made the decision to leave CPP and find work elsewhere.
