Fostering existing accounts within Squire Tech keeping in contact to ensure proper usage and updates are received. Growing my customer basis through networking at trade shows, referrals, and other qualifying criteria for prospective customers. Making contact with new prospects and learning about their roles and possible applications for the Squire Tech line of SatCom products. Providing information and performing demos for clients and agencies to elucidate the value in our products. While at Trade Shows I am responsible for being a positive representative of Squire Tech and educate or discuss the various applications of our products and how they are best utilized for their specific purpose.

I was directly responsible for ensuring our communications units were fabricated to our standards and specifications. While maintaining contact with the customer I was able to make modifications throughout the build process, and upholding an expectation for delivery dates, all while coordinating through the fabricators. Various tests were performed throughout the build process to ensure we brought the best product to the market (Dye Penetrant Tests on welds, Electrical, Rust preventative, Visual paint inspection, Mechanical, Roadworthiness, Trailer weight and balance functions)

I was responsible for establishing and maintaining drilling rig locations with satellite internet and intercoms for the duration of the drilling lease. I began with only 3 rigs and in the matter of months I had helped build our base to over 10 locations, peaking at 21, all of which I was solely responsible for. Providing quality service, building strong customer relations, and maintaining contact throughout the asset deployment was vital to the success of our growth.
