About Jess Tresidder

After successfully starting and selling her first business before the age of 18, Jess is a recipient of the Governor of South Australia’s Commendation Award and was distinguished as an ‘Ehrenberg Scholar.' Jess's entrepreneurial journey began at just 16, growing a business that was featured in The Advertiser, ABC Online, News.com.au, among other publications. She is currently a Research Assistant at the Ehrenberg Bass Institute and an intern at Kicker Communications, all while pursuing her Business (Marketing) studies at UniSA. Alongside her entrepreneurial journey, Jess was recognised as Employee of the Year (SA/VIC) in the QSR sector. She also mentors students in entrepreneurship at the University of Adelaide, providing hands-on guidance and support for their startup ideas, and volunteers with the Aged Care Visitors scheme.Jess is also a media ambassador for South Australia's Department for Child Protection’s ‘Foster the Feeling’ campaign (featured in The Advertiser among others), and collaborated with CESA using her unique experience to help shape a system-wide social entrepreneurial initiative across 103 schools in Australia.At a young age, Jess has cultivated a multifaceted background, equipping her with a diverse skill set.
