After 17 years in the non-profit and public sector, I remain committed to mission-driven work that tackles the challenges facing our communities. We all deserve the resources to thrive, and we've got work to do. I've grown tremendously and I have a lot more to learn. Every community has assets to build upon, and we cannot do this work successfully without centering the voices most marginalized. As a sector, we must do better at bringing those voices to the table and listening to their experiences. I look forward to growing my network by connecting with anyone who shares my commitment to service.
