Jessica, a senior consultant and certified coach at Imagine Us, a multi-racial, multi-generational consulting collective working with leaders and organizations committed to the common good. She supports executives, leaders, and changemakers in advancing racial equity and justice goals. Through strategic thought partnership and guidance, Jessica assists organizations in refining their vision, implementing impactful change, and nurturing a positive organizational culture. Operating at all leadership levels, she specializes in driving transformational change and fostering strong relationships within organizations.With a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University and certified as a Professional CoActive Coach, Jessica combines an understanding of how large systems influence outcomes with a passionate belief that each person can move more powerfully into action towards equity and justice. Current clients include Services Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 2015, Chicago Teachers Union, Washington Education Association, the Pennsylvania Alliance.With three decades of work in the social justice movement and nonprofit sector, Jessica brings deep change agent experience to her consulting practice. Prior to consulting, she led a national economic justice program at the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) for six years, holding leadership roles in four national coalitions. Jessica’s direct experience from the front lines of social movements is extensive, including co-organizing people’s forums at United Nations world conferences (1995-2005), World Trade Organization ministerial meetings (1999-2005); and the U.S., Africa, and World Social Forums (2002-10).Jessica, raised in Seattle, spent 18 years living in New York City before returning home in 2018. She enjoys digging in the dirt, cuddling her pandemic rescue dog, dancing Zumba with neighbors, and riding bikes with her husband and son.
