• Following the integration of Allergan and Actavis, my role moved to the newly created HR Technology team, responsible for HR enabling technology and implementing enhancements to meet business needs. This included.
• Active member on HR projects which required HR Technology, with a key focus on International regions/countries (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Canada).
• Core member of the global key initiative to redesign and implement a new Workday Core & Advanced Compensation framework. CEO Award winners for functional team award.
• Assisted with the data conversion from SAP HR to Workday, including educating the wider HR Technology team on the key differences between the end-to-end processes.
• Partnered with HRIT to support integrations from Workday to downstream systems, including SAP HR.
• Drove new and existing process efficiencies, assisting with Workday system enhancements, including recommendations, testing and execution.
