Position Description: As the Channel Partner Manager I am responsible for recruiting, signing and developing new Channel Partners to generate qualified sales leads. Execute and measure lead-generation program and marketing plans with channel partners. Responsibilities:• Partnership Development – identifies Consulting Partner targets for successful engagement; initiates/leads discussions to generate interest. Develops relationships with individuals and departments at all levels within prospective client organizations through professional methods and techniques.• Networks within the community in order to secure appointments and meetings.• Relationship Management – oversees account management to ensure Partner satisfaction is realized and oversees account development to ensure Partner potential is maximized. • Creatively solve prospective client problems by utilizing all resources (internal, vendors, partners, other team members, etc.) effectively. • Defines processes to effectively manage the relationship between the Company and its Partners including management of sales leads, support requests and deployment.• Ensure production of collateral, scripts and presentation materials for Partners.• Initiates programs/events to educate Partners on Company solutions.• Generates leads/opportunities for Partners from AllGoVision prospects.• Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Partners for the Company’s Sales and Support staff, keeping them engaged and enlisting their assistance as needed.• Educates Sales and Support staff on Partner capabilities.• Align marketing activities to ensure that sections of the Company website support Partners.• Travels to Partner locations, sales shows, seminars, etc., as necessary.
