I am currently a manager at Royal Crest Lanes and prior Assistant Men's and Women's Bowling Coach at Ottawa University. Having a BGS in Communication Studies, and minor in Leadership Studies, is something that I take great pride in. I believe that teams, companies, communities and the world, in general, would not be able to properly function if it wasn't for effective communication. More About Me:I am a creative person that likes to ask thought-provoking questions and look beyond the routine of everyday life to understand why the world operates as it does.My Leadership Minor has shown me many ways of knowing my role in the system and understanding that I have skin in the game. The main focus of this minor was to constantly be in the process of leadership and to diagnose multiple situations as a system in order to thrive.I have had experience in leading teams since a young age. I have been an avid bowler and have participated in tournaments since the age of five. Bowling led me to attend the University of Kansas where I was the Vice-President and Treasurer of the program. These officer positions led me to understand the thought processes of other individuals and how to handle certain situations when there is no technical solution.
