A customer service agent working at Sheraton Center is someone who proudly represents the Hotelier banner Starwood Hotels.My job is to provide all the support a customer needs, from the moment he calls us to have details about his stay until the moment he gives us feedback about his wonderful moment in our hotel. I also had concierge tasks showing customers the main points of interests in Montreal. The most important tasks I had were to proceed with the guest registration, enroll them into our fidelity program SPG ( Starwood Preferred Guest ), perform the departures and give them all the information needed to make their stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, we offer them , right here at Sheraton Center, Montreal, the Link @ Sheraton which is a computer area so that our guests stay connected with their loved ones and colleagues. I worked with them for 9 months, 9 incredible months!The first part of my journey at Esterel Suites Spas et Lacs were helping me getting familiar with the team, my tasks and the environment since it was my first job in an hotel.As soon as my director saw that I could handle multiple tasks at the same time and be friendly with all my co workers all at once, he promoted me as the reception team leader. As a team leader, I was delegating tasks to my team mates and helping my director to go through the daily reports.The more tasks I was handling, the more different positions I could handle in the Hotel: Supervising rooms, helping customers at night with technical problems and even driving boats for our private marina.My experience with them help me find my actual career path, chartered accountant, since I loved helping my director with the reports and manipulating customer's bills.
