The Senior Director of Learning and Practice leads a portfolio of projects and initiatives that translate research insights into effective delivery of the CIS Model by the CIS Network. The Senior Director is responsible for effective coordination of multiple teams and offices within the Student Supports Department to provide effective resources, training and technical assistance to CIS affiliates.Additionally, this role is the lead facilitator with the CIS Network’s Learning and Practice Steering Committee, helping to create a feedback loop and activation node with CIS Network leaders.

Lead a team in design and implementation of activation, promotion, and adoption strategy.

Serves as the US lead for psychosocial programs development, implementation, strategic vision and expansion. Leads the Psychosocial Program Team in providing psychosocial programs and guidance to communities to support children’s resilience and emotional health. Builds and fosters national and local partnerships to expand the reach and impact of the psychosocial programs as well as seek partnerships to provide public and private funding for the programs. Oversees the monitoring and evaluation of the programs and development of new programs, materials and curricula. Responsible for budget development and management.
