I am a Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Dagne Dover! Dagne is known for creating bags that keep up, stay organized, and look good doing it. My team and I have researched and developed a broad assortment of products that are essential for everyday life including travel bags, work bags, beach bags, and athleisure bags. I started Dagne Dover in 2013 with my co-founders, Melissa Mash and Deepa Gandhi. We approach our business with a patient capital and people-first mentality. I believe that running a business is an art form, and it’s better to travel together than go at it alone! We’ve taken Dagne from a small unknown brand, to a household name in under 10 years and I’m beyond grateful to be on this journey.In 2020 I co-founded an organization called Brands for Better. We connected more than 140 brands and helped raise over $3.8m for COVID-19 relief efforts.In 2023 I was awarded Creative Director and Founder of the year recognizing the ongoing success of Dagne Dover. With my co-founders Melissa Mash and Deepa Gandhi, we led the brand’s 30-person team to achieve six product launches in just 12 months while also reducing the brand's environmental impact. My mantra: Good design is everything.
