My responsibilities included: creating a syllabus, generating assignments, grading assignments, mentoring students, organizing class trips and teaching a university-level course designed and structured by myself.

Began as a housekeeper then started dishwashing a few nights a week. Eventually was initiated into doing prep kitchen work; making cookies, sauces, salads, and garnishes. Afterwards, I began working morning waitress shifts until I turned 18, thus becoming a night waitress. Serving wine and beer, taking reservations, and recommending food pairings.
