As Team Leader at Red Dust, I lead a dynamic team in delivering health promotion activities across remote communities in the Northern Territory. My role involves coordinating and facilitating culturally responsive programs that address key health issues such as nutrition, physical activity, mental health, and connection. I work closely with local communities, elders, and stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives are community-driven, relevant, and effective. In addition, I provide mentorship and support to team members, ensuring our health promotion efforts empower individuals and foster long-term, positive health outcomes in some of Australia's most remote and marginalised regions.

As the NT Regional Committee Member for Outdoor Health Australia, I advocate for and support the implementation of evidence-based, trauma-informed outdoor health practices across the Northern Territory and Australia. I work collaboratively with government and local organisations to promote ethical outdoor and on-country therapeutic programs, ensuring they align with the values and principles of Outdoor Health Australia. My role also involves fostering connections between practitioners and communities, with a focus on addressing the unique health and wellbeing challenges faced by young people and marginalised groups in remote areas through outdoor interventions.
