As of 2015 box office also acted as reception for the theatre, taking all incoming calls for administration, receiving deliveries, and recieving guests for meetings.-Worked passionately and efficiently during high volume call periods.-Worked show nights for the 800 seat mainstage theatre with one or two employees, efficiently managing both time and customer care during rushes.-Worked ticket booth alone for 300 seat warehouse theatre during show nights.-Efficiently managed daily tasks including cashing out, ticket printing, answering daily emails, and customer account followup.-Worked closely with management to address customer complaints and find resolutions.-Helped development with their December 2015 telefunding campaign, successfully renewing donations.-Chosen as an example for those in training, and shadowed new employees.-Worked closely with multiple departments (front of house, marketing, development, maintenance) to ensure the public had a smooth theatre experience.-Since 2009 have worked box office during Fringe Festival booking tickets for up to 188 different shows.The theatre not only helped support my university education financially, it has also given me an invaluable first eye glance at marketing and graphic design (chosen field), and for that alone I cannot thank everyone enough.Through my 12 years there I have been taught the value of culture, community, diligence, honesty, and been able to experience how theatre can bring people together. I was part of a well-oiled front-end team who fielded calls and in-person inquiries with dedication and care, and can only hope to find a similar experience elsewhere. I will always remember RMTC as one of the best employment opportunities I've had; it was unique work environment I'll never forget!

Lead designer for a new indie game company tasked with creating/maintaining the company branding material, and game assets as needed. - Full company branding including logo and wordmarks, social media materials, and website-Worked with producer and writers to provide concept art for game levels and characters.-Helped with pixel art assets when neededI joined up with 5 other friends to create a company under which we could design small indie games based on all of our interests and skills. I was headed with creating the company branding and web design, and eventually to be a concept artist as games came up. While the project was eventually put on hold due to time conflicts, it was a fantastic learning experience. I would love to be part of other similar projects in the future.ects in the future.
