▪ The Llotja de Cereals de Barcelona (Barcelona's Cereal Market) is an institution made up of merchants, industrialists and commercial agents which, on a regular basis, are dedicated to or related to the traffic of cereals and other products usually traded or that may be listed on the Cereal Market at the Casa de la Llotja de Mar in Barcelona.▪ The Cereal Market is a service open to all those professionals who adhere and are admitted.▪ The board of prices is one of the most important determiners of prices for the Cereal Market. Their prices are used as a mandatory reference all over Spain.

▪ The Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB) was set up and operates with the purpose of serving the Society, facilitating that professional neutral persons of recognized integrity and capability, as well as prestige and a notable professional career, may understand and deal with the disputes, its origins and the area in which they have appeared, and provide their solution.▪ Arbitrators appointed in proceedings administered by the TAB are professionals of recognized standing and proven professional experience demonstrated in their legal specialties. They must have a minimum of fifteen years' experience of and meet the Qualification Criteria for admission to the list of TAB arbitrators and submit to the Codes of Ethics and Good Practice.▪ As a TAB Arbitrator, I'm the neutral person responsible for resolving conflicts that parties submit to the TAB.

▪ Leading the launch of Sierentz Global Merchants (SGM, a subsidiary of the Sierentz & Cie group) in Spain.▪ SGM was established in 2017 and has since developed into a global agricultural merchant focusing on the origination, handling and merchandising of grains and other agricultural products from Europe and the Black Sea region to a wide range of private and government customers in EMEA.▪ SGM provides support to our clients throughout the entire value chain with a proven strategy focused on financing, marketing, transportation and risk mitigation.

▪ Leading the launch of Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners (ECTP, formerly known as BTG Pactual Commodities) in Spain. ECTP was established in 2013 and has since developed into a global commodity merchant, with a presence in all the major global commodities hubs.▪ ECTP is a global diversified merchant and client solutions provider in the commodities space covering a range of agricultural, industrial, and energy products.▪ ECTP provides support to our clients throughout the entire value chain with a proven strategy focused on financing, marketing, transportation and risk mitigation.

MAG Commodities was a newly established grain marketing company with operations in Switzerland, Spain and Ukraine. Its focus was on supplying agricultural commodities directly sourced from growers from the Black Sea region to Europe. I was responsible for the organization of production flow of raw materials of the group to destinations in Spain and other countries throughout Europe.

▪ I worked as General Manager of the Viterra Spain office. My first duties included selecting our team and legalizing the company in the Spanish market. I then developed a marketing operation to place the company in the market and obtain the trust of customers.▪ In 2012, Viterra Spain sold more than 750,000 metric tons of raw material in Spain and became well-known in our Sector.▪ Due to the acquisition by Glencore of all the Viterra group, Viterra ended its commercial activities in December 2012, with its administrative office in Barcelona closed in January 2013 and the legal entity dissolved in mid-2013.

▪ Due to internal reorganizations, the Louis Dreyfus Company Barcelona team was restructured into a service firm (Ceresban), working as an exclusive agency of the Dreyfus group in the Catalunya, Balearic Islands & Aragón area.▪ This reorganization kept all previous team and powers provided under an exclusivity contract.▪ In April 2010, both parties (Dreyfus and Ceresban) mutually decided to terminate their agreement, since Ceresban wanted to focus on developing its business across the whole Spanish market. We were involved in the same activities as before, but with no territorial restrictions in the Spanish market, which we knew perfectly.

▪ Responsible for business diversification heading such new activities as the commercialization of oil products (in 1990, coinciding with the liberation of the market in Spain).▪ Leading Louis Dreyfus logistics (Catalunya, Balearic Islands & Aragón) in unloading of container ships, quality supervision storage and maintenance of perishable goods. Held regular negotiations with customs and official organizations.▪ Assisting the Sales Manager.

▪ Headed the sales office and the team for the northeast of Spain and Balearic Islands, developing a volume of 1,300,000 annual metric tons of cereals (corn, wheat, barley and milling wheat) as well as soy beans.

▪ Responsible for cereal imports and raw materials for human and animal consumption.
