As the Management Information System (MIS) Data Analyst Controller of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office, I am responsible for maintaining and enhancing the office's ICT infrastructure. My role includes ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all ICT systems by performing regular maintenance and upgrades, and troubleshooting any hardware, software, and network issues that arise.I develop, update, and maintain the office's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and secure. Additionally, I administer GovMail, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure efficient and secure email communication for all staff.A significant part of my job involves designing, developing, and testing programs to improve office processes and workflows. I collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and create tailored solutions, ensuring these programs are thoroughly tested and meet the office's requirements. I also create detailed data analytics reports on ICT concerns and website updates. By monitoring and analyzing data, I identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and present my findings and recommendations to management to support informed decision-making.
