• Managed the migration of Equarius’ Onyx CRM system to Microsoft CRM 1.2. Also, managed our Microsoft CRM 1.2 to Microsoft CRM 3.0 upgrade.• Implemented a secure wireless LAN utilizing RADIUS and PKI.• Upgraded Equarius’ Windows NT 4.0 network to a fully native Windows 2000 network infrastructure.
