Russia's first School of Digital Economy was opened at FEFU in 2018 as part of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation program. The school trains masters in IT directions with a focus on applied research. The basic model of education at the School of Digital Economy is the implementation of high-tech joint projects with leading IT companies. FEFU School of Digital Economy partners are major national companies, which gives students the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of breakthrough technological projects. I was actively involved in the very first stage of preparation: negotiations with program participants, selection and preparation of proposals for school partners, assistance to teachers at the entrance to the project, coordination of participants, preparation of numerous documents, even sat in the admission committee, where I communicated with applicants. It was a very interesting and unforgettable experience.

I have developed HR policies for companies from different markets: manufacturing, e-commerce, advertising, retail. The main orders were for changes in the current staffing structure: closing redundant positions, putting employees in order, creating new vacancies, creating a talent pool and internal training. There were orders to build processes in managing a team of recruiters, as well as to mediate negotiations between the client and potential candidates for complex and unique vacancies.Results: - Customer companies' vacancies of different levels of complexity, including executive positions, were closed in a timely manner- A system of vertical and horizontal growth of employees was built in client companies, which allowed to reduce staff turnover to 70% on average.- A personnel reserve was formed in customer companies for target positions- All basic necessary HR processes are in place

This was an interesting project to introduce the ideas of Goldratt and his Theory of Constraints (TOC) to schools in the Novosibirsk region. First, it was necessary to develop an educational product for children, then a methodological manual for teachers and parents who would use it to teach children. The next step was to implement and promote the product at events dedicated to modern trends in educationResults:- Illustrated manuals for children with age-adapted basic CBT tools were created and designed- Methodological manuals for teachers and parents with lesson explanations were created and developed.- Project activities were organized at several experimental sites of schools in Novosibirsk and the region, and feedback from teachers, children, parents and school administration was received and analyzed.
