▪ Manage daily operations of the accounting department and maintain all records.▪ Prepare the VAT report in every quarter of the year and do the filing, registrationand all legal compliances.▪ Ensures timely closure of books every month to deliver on time monthly, andquarterly accounts in compliance with group financial policies/procedures.▪ Ensures completion and review of reconciliations, mainly bank & balance sheet▪ Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies andprocedures.▪ Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.▪ Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expendituretrends, financial commitments, and future revenues.▪ Ensure that the company’s management principles, policies, and programs areconsistently practiced.▪ Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.▪ Preparation of the monthly budget report to forecast income and expenses▪ Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.▪ Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and initiatives.
