Identify new business opportunities to grow revenues within existing portfolio of clients by cross-selling Global Liquidity and Cash Management, Credit & Lending, Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives solutions, Asset Management, and Equity Capital Markets. 3. 1. Review and approve new and existing Credit Exposure proposed by Global Banking and Commercial Banking Global Account Owners of US-based Corporations with sales over USD2bn2. Serve as advisor to Global Account Owners on structuring of credit facilities, inclusive of repayment, collateral and debt seniority3. Ensure Credit Risk exposure is in line with HSBC standards and limits, as well as in compliance with US Federal regulators directives4. Global Account Owner for Professional Services Firms (Big 4 Accounting Firms): responsible for developing, communicating and implementing strategy to continue to grow portfolio by identifying and pitching solutions based on consultative and advisory role as Corporate Banker in partnership with Product Partners to Big Four’s Global and US Member Firms across all products offered by HSBC. 2. Evaluate, underwrite, structure and recommend credit facilities for Latin American multinational corporations and their US subsidiaries in the Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Paper & Pulp, Construction Materials, Telecommunication and Consumer Products, while also identifying cross sell opportunities, pitching, negotiating and implementing mandates awarded. 3. Selected by Management for steering committee to develop, pitch and coordinate HSBC US’ new strategy to improve Recruiting, Hiring, Training and Retaining of Junior Bankers across the US’ Investment Banking Unit.4. Participate in the origination, structuring and due diligence of Debt and Equity Capital Markets Transaction, as well as Target Acquisition Finance, inclusive of interfacing with Banking Regulators during annual audit of Syndicated Loans in portfolio.

Work with external consultants in devising alternatives to expedite work-cycle for on-boarding and annual review of customers Know-Your-Customer profiles, while ensuring work flow remained in compliance with Deferred Prosecution Agreement.4.
