• Purchases goods and services according to policies and procedures• Frequent travel in the Austin area to meet with vendors and personnel to procure and deliver supplies as necessary• Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and condition of deliveries• Receives and coordinates deliveries of supplies and equipment ordered• Coordinate with maintenance department to maintain inventory levels and identify purchasing needs• Assists with other tasks for the Maintenance and Construction teams as needed• Assist in evaluating vendors based on price, reliability, capability, and previous transaction history• Assist in organizing shop, tool room, and laydown yard• Communicate and coordinate with maintenance department regarding delivery schedules• Maintain clean vehicle and work areas• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for maintenance department• Maintains pricing histories and other vendor records• Submit receipts timely and accurately according to established procedures• Compliance with Health & Safety initiatives• Other Duties & Responsibilities as needed

Manage individual supplier assignments to ensure that materials are available for production in a timely manner.

Utilize inventory software to Interpret, configure and process material requests for projects, shop orders and aftermarket orders. Appropriately issue all parts that ship out. Store and log fabricated parts received from shop floor. Locate missing parts, solve inventory discrepancies and assist in material pulls and shipping when needed. Assist in procurement of parts for fabrication. Forklift and tele-handler certified.

Material handler. Packing and shipping of motorcycle parts to clients.

Data entry related to property management and resident information.

Stock and replenish all merchandise. Assist customers and sales associates when needed.
