At first I have the role as Assistant manager. My responsibilities were help to prepare sessions and games, focus on the individual development plans and attacking set pieces.In the season 22/23 we arrived to the team in January with the goal of avoid relegation, we got that with a big margin of points finishing 7th on the table. Also we were Champions on the Kent cup, beating Millwall in the semifinal and Aylesford in the final.The season 23/24 I started as manager, looking to take the team one step further and be competitive against every team in the league. My responsibilities were prepare sessions and games and decide the game plan every weekend.

My responsibilities as Assistant manager were: Help to built a team to compete in the FA Women's National league Premier south. Prepare coaching sessions following the style of play we wanted to give to the team, possession base and controlling the ball most of the time.Focus on developing young players to play for first team in senior football, helping them to adapt quickly to the new challenge they had ahead.

Role since January 2019 to January 2020 was as first team coach, learning the division and the women's game, helping to prepare sessions and games and big work in analyse opponents and own team. Fran Alonso was the manager during this time where I learnt quickly about the league and the Women's game.From Januray 2020 to June 2022 my role was as Assistant manager, first with Simon Parker (Currently Blackburn manager), In this period my responsibilities were, help to prepare the sessions, work closely with players as individuals and focus on their development plans, work closely with the analysis department looking the opponents and own team and work closely with the Development Squad manager to follow young players path to first team. That season was the best in club history as we finished 5th in the Women's Championship, also we bring international players to the squad like Rebecca Mckenna or Ellie Mason.My last season as Assistant manager was working with Kelly Lindsay as Sports director and Craig Gill as manager. My responsibilities changed, I get to manage a game for first team in the Championship.I was helping to prepare sessions and games but very focus on individual development plans. I was responsible of the defending set pieces and we only conceded 2 goals from set pieces in the whole season. We finished the league 8th but getting points record for the club (28)
