My experience spans telecommunications, network administration, and diplomatic security. As a Network Administrator, I was responsible for the formal training and education of hundreds of service members as network admins. I oversaw the planning, installation, and maintenance of critical enterprise communication infrastructures in various global locations. I was responsible for the set-up reliability and security of LAN/WAN, end devices (laptops, printers, VoIP, VTC etc.), cable infrastructure, and maintenance of fiberoptic and telephony infrastructure for thousands of users. My technical expertise allowed me to lead teams in ensuring these systems operated flawlessly, and trouble tickets handled swiftly. As a Marine Security Guard, I was entrusted with the safety of 3 U.S. embassies in some of the world's most challenging environments. This role demanded exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex security operations, including physical security measures, emergency response protocols, and coordination with interagency partners. My experience in this capacity showcased my ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, ensuring the safety and security of American diplomats and assets abroad.Beyond those roles, I have also contributed to the Marines as a Martial Arts Instructor, Leadership and Ethics instructor, and Equal Opportunity Representative.
