Provided excellent customer service to our members by greeting them and helping them with various questions regarding their membership. Used a POS system to ring members up for various services, snacks and membership dues. Answered incoming phone calls and directed membership inquiries to the sales team in a professional manner.

In addition to training new valet team members, I Lead a team of 7 Valet attendants to ensure we provide exceptional customer service to our members by helping them park in a timely manner and maintain a clean and organized environment in the parking lot and inside the gym.

As a Valet/Porter I made sure our members could find parking in a timely manner. When parking was unavailable, I would assist by taking their vehicle to our overflow parking lot. I made sure traffic in the parking lot ran smoothly and was free of trash and debris. Aside from Valet, I completed various cleaning task inside the gym and maintained a clean and organized Fitness facility.
