With over 17+ years of strategic planning experience in facilities services. During my tenure with JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and ABM Industries I have upheld numerous roles, such as facilities triaging, event coordinating, zero waste specialist, certified "Enhanced Cleaning Master Facilitator", managing facilities events setup tech teams including our differently abled conference room ambassador tech team, senior janitorial zone manager, and facilities account manager. Having had the pleasure of working in many High-Tech clientele sites, such as: Applied Materials, Google, Intuit, Microsoft, Flipboard, Criteo, and Rakuten. Most recently, I’ve taken the role as Workplace Operations Manager at Verkada HQ. My new role will allow me to increase my knowledge and skills in facilities workplace management. Networking with other colleagues has provided me with a great sense of understanding of their roles and the possibility of collaborations. I’ve assisted in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, which has earned positive recognition by many of our partners such as, Facebook, Google, Hope Services and The ARC of San Francisco. In the last 6 years my personal goal has been to train and mentor our team leaders to exceed expectations, foresee challenges and adapt to scenarios requiring critical thinking, inclusive to rapid response times. During my leisure time I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors; whether, mountain biking, camping, or hiking. What I enjoy the most in life is taking a ride on my Harley along the Pacific Coast.
