I am a seasoned Operations Leader with over 19 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, currently managing the Manufacturing Operations Engineering team with P&L responsability at Caterpillar , the world's leading manufacturer of construction, heavy duty, diesel and natural gas engines. As a Lean Sigma Black Belt and a re-certified Quality Engineer by ASQ, I leverage my analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement across the global supply chain. I also have a strong track record of developing and leading high-performing teams, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented culture, and executing strategic initiatives to meet customer needs and business goals. I am passionate about delivering excellence, efficiency, and innovation in manufacturing operations and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration to further expand my knowledge and skills in business leadership and business strategy.
