Entering now into a new sector in this industry, the Health Care Sector, I was able to work with Doctors of different specialties. Developing a trust environment with the Doctors, opening way to help them using and day to day the product that they were buying- I provided a good Customer Service, with the product knowledge helping to solve different kinds of issues, from billing to support, related with other departments .Supporting the migration of the platform in to Countries, Mexico and Argentina, detecting product issues and reporting directly to the Product team to solve general problems impacting into the web positioning of the platform and profiles.
