Main responsibilities:• Design, lead and execute the platform deployment plan, change strategy, ways of working and capabilities required for DBB (Digital Backbone) Deployment.• Lead PDS (Platform Deployment Specialist) execution teams (Dtw & MtC / Supply Chain & Logistics)• Ensure team knowledge and expertise on each of the platforms.• Manages the relationship with multiple stakeholders on a tactical and strategical level.• Team management and maximize its efficiency.• Recognize change management issues and risks.

Main responsibilities:• Develop new suppliers (Risk Mitigarion /Change of Desing)• Track project costs in order to meet budget• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement• Manage multifunctional and cultural teams.

Lead strategic high impact projects on John Deere units around the world from conceptualization through successful execution.Create and maintain cross-functional relationships/teams to ensure project success.
