In Charge of Carrier and Government accounts for Huawei in the Bahamas, developing new business opportunity by identifying and transforming customer needs into tailored solutions proposals and orders, to generate more sales and revenue while driving customer’s CAPEX and OPEX planning. Responsible for Key stakeholders and CxO level communications and satisfaction.

Acting as Program Manager and Operation Director for Huawei Bahamas, I lead the entire Bahamas E2E operations from Planning and budgeting to rollout and customer support. Responsible for financial and operational KPI as well as the customer success and satisfaction of the Key stakeholders as well as the CxO level communications. Projects include the implementation, maintenance of +250 Sites, and the continuous upgrade of the network elements such as OCS, RAN, MW and CORE Network.

Project Manager for Huawei Trinidad in a nationwide modernization for Transport and MPLS network, being responsible of the orchestration of different teams performing multiple activities, within dynamic schedules, to meet customer tight deadline as well as revenue generation goals for both parties.

Leads the planning and implementation of project. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Evaluated performance of the financial budgets in coordination with the Financial Team. In Charge of all Delivery and Service operations in Nicaragua Huawei Office, Handling Projects of different product line, covering from the Microwave network, access Network, Datacom networks implementation, remote solar panels solution, and CORE Network.Participate in Projects Pre-sales, Early Involvement and initial delivery solution review during bidding phase. Responsible of Projects planning, rollout and monitoring of milestone achievingManaging customer to jointly work and develop a plan to efficiently deliver projects from the beginning to the end, developing delivery scenarios, project resources, monitoring budget execution and monitoring projects closure on time and on budget. Also, a new delivery and acceptance process was developed since there were many mistakes in coordination of NRO and NTD, this was solved with the integrated plan involving all areas related to the project execution.Meet the project business target, guarantee resources of quality, its management and successfully ensured the management methods within the project team.Customer concentric was established as the mindset for all D&S Nicaragua staff to have a better business operation in Huawei Nicaragua. New Communication plan and matrix was developed in accordance and cooperation with account and commercial team to have a better management of CRM attending all operational and CxO levels in the customer. Once CRM was improved all Long term unbilled contracts were released by customer cleaning up project with stuck for years.

In charge of Core Program for MIC Guatemala including products such as: IMS, PS, USN, UGW, CG, UC/RCS, IPV6, DPI-OCS, PCRFCoordinate different core projects in a program manner to integrate all Core products as one project by Assisting in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules, also to deliver roadmaps to elaborate a detail project plan for the customers for the proposed solution. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations as well. Successfully deliver the breakthrough of IMS, finishing first call in lower time than expected creating a high customer satisfaction at CxO level. Increased customer satisfaction with the results since there was a better control of roll out as well as fail activities was decreased significantly.Managing and developing project team, by motivating them to perform an excellent job during projects and achieving the goals defined.Monitoring and control costs of the projects, and preventing unnecessary changes and work that could generate cost overruns on them.

Working with customers in a collaborative way to help them define and review critical objectives for Expansion projects in MIC GT, such as 500+ Sector Expansion, 1000+ Carrier expansion, 300+ Board Expansion, RRU and BBU Change Out, 1000+ Antenna replacement.Take care of all stakeholders by using the necessary tools and techniques to identify them and involve them in an effective way. Maintaining good relationship and communications with stakeholders and customer by performing stakeholder’s meetings in a timely manner and in accordance with the communications and stakeholder management plan.Monitoring and control costs of the projects, and preventing unnecessary changes and work that could generate cost overruns on them.Responsible to ensure the billing, revenue and gross profit for projects and track the financial issues and costs.

Support the Pre-sales and Early Involvement team for MIC account in EL Salvador, encourage customer to recognize the advantage of selecting Huawei during negotiation of the Scope of Work and Responsibility Matrix, also participate in the Billing agreements definition and resource assignment preparation.In charge of projects for MIC account in El Salvador for 2015 Program, responsible of projects E2E, customer satisfaction, complaints and ensuring the main Project and office KPIs, such as:Project Plan definition and adjustment in order to achieve completion rate and risk in-time for closure of 406 GU sites swap, 341 Capacity Expansion and 209 LTE New Builds. Responsible to ensure the billing, revenue and gross profit for projects and track the financial issues and costs.Able to ensure team motivation and to design incentive plans to team members and subcontractors in order to comply with Project high demands.

As Wireless Technical Director i was in charge of:•In charge of Operation Management procedures and Process enhancement for Wireless LTE projects.•Analyzing, problem solving, process management and optimization in handling of team work schedule.•Management and Technical support for both Technical Operation & Maintenance and Field Maintenance.•Support to pre-sales team analyzing new projects, BoQ, Packing List, new features for deployment.•Interface with the customer Operation and Maintenance, Radio and Planning Teams.•Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for the customer.•Ensure the Customer Care and satisfaction communicating with customer for any escalated issues and prepare Incident reports.
