Duties & Responsibilities:Providing software support for global customers facing issues in their production environments Handling complex Application Support Requests such as missing data, problems with the schedule runs and application performance issue.Maintaining SaaS service including setting up, refreshing, and upgrading RELEX software environments System administration tasks such as analyzing disk spaces, server load, memory usage and server maintenance.Monitoring of software and hardware infrastructure and responding to alerts in a timely manner.Part of 24/7 support team responsible for timely triage, resolution, and escalation of production issues.Perform root cause analysis for all incident tickets such as performance, network, configuration and environment issues.

Responsibilities:Responsible for monitoring existing automated batch schedules using Control-M schedulers. Responsible for maintaining server level agreements for a number of critical batch schedules and escalating to on-call resources as jobs fail to complete or complete with errors.Maintains mature knowledge of control-m application architecture. Understand job dependencies, predecessors and successors and assesses impact of modifications to control-m schedules.Optimize and predict trend in hardware environment through comprehensive infrastructure and network monitoring and troubleshooting. Able to escalate typical data center issues such as server, tape drive and network problem.Monitor performance dashboards, ensure thresholds are within appropriate standards. Responds to custom alerts and troubleshoot complex issues. Refer more complex issues to the appropriate technical area and monitor completion of resolution.Deliver optimal end user experience through monitoring and addressing unexpected performance degrades.Part of 24/7 support team responsible for timely triage, resolution, and escalation of production issues.Perform standard IT incident, Problem and Change Management Protocols.Perform root cause analysis for sev1 and sev2 incidents.Supports application/system maintenance, migration and deployments.
