I have always been striving to achieve my ultimate goal of excelling in any environment I find myself in. I have always had the drive to learn new things and help lead those around me. Since a young age I have always pushed myself to take on advanced educational courses and find opportunities where I could apply my knowledge and grow as a working professional. Those who work with me look up to my honesty and chivalry, while admiring my integrity and my leadership skills. Before entering into tech, I had never envisioned myself being put in a role that brings out the best of my talents. Developing a new perspective in tech has given me the platform to share my knowledge with those around me, and as a Project Manager I have been able to do exactly that!Before learning the role of a Project Manager, I spent some time developing my hobbies of music production and engineering. During this time I have been able to discover new hobbies and a deeper understanding of who I am.Here is what you should know:1. I love music! I believe it is the way we as people can come together and connect with one another despite language or social divergences. If there is a barrier that is preventing society from flourishing together I think music would be the way to bring it down.2. Interacting with people on the daily always brings challenges of dealing with human behavior, but it also gives us room to grow, and being around people with similar taste in music is no different3. Although music might not have the literal influence to change world politics or social reforms, music has allowed people around me at school and at work to express themselves more freely then they would have at an open mic night, and with more passion as well. This to me, opens every possibility into understanding different opinions and ideas to come to a positive common ground of understanding rather than subduing a different narrativeThese are some of the life lessons I have been able to take with me into tech, and as a project manager I have been able to achieve my goals by remembering the importance of understanding those around me and building partnerships with PM methodologies.I am currently pushing myself to learn as much as I can in tech, but in my downtime I am the Producer, Engineer, and Talent Manager at my privately owned label "Spirit Fire Studios". I am always looking for like-minded business-oriented people and companies who are willing to consider my skill sets and experiences to share music creativity and intuition .
